Changes in BS.Player 2.31.972:
* locally installed codecs have now priority over system installed (this means BS.Player will always try to use its locally installed codecs rather than the system ones, which might be causing problems)
* fixed playback rate problem with DVDs
* fixed problem with shortcuts, when playlist was opened
* fixed problem with video capture
* improved handling on multiple monitors
* Integrated subtitle search from Media Library on bsplayer-subtitles.com
